Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2023 Frightfully Early Holiday Market! This is sure to be the most spook-tacular holiday event of the year and we are so glad you want to join us.

 

Event Details:

Saturday, October 28th 10am-5pm

Sunday, October 29th 11am-4pm

At Bachman's on Lyndale (in the Greenhouse)

 

Load In:

Friday, October 27th in the afternoon

 

Load Out:

Immediately following the event on Sunday, October 29th

 

Booth Spaces:

-Between 60-70 vendors will be selected to participate

-7x10 and 8x10 booths will be available. Some are corners and some have access to electricity. 

-Booth spaces range from $250-$350, depending on size, location electricity access, etc.

-This is an indoor event, so tents are not allowed. 

-Clearance height on many booths is approximately 7ft because the greenhouse has an indoor watering system they use during the summer months.

 

Event Specifics:

This is sure to be a very unique event as we walk the line of a Halloween Christmas. Think Nightmare Before Christmas, but a little less spooky and more fun. We encourage vendors to think about how they can help add to that theme through their art, their decorations, their interactions, etc. Please be creative to help this fun narrative come to life!
