Thank you for your interest in bringing your food truck to the 2023 Frightfully Early Holiday Market! This is sure to be the most spook-tacular holiday event of the year and we are so glad you want to join us.

 

Event Details:

Saturday, October 28th 10am-5pm

Sunday, October 29th 11am-4pm

At Bachman's on Lyndale (in the Greenhouse - Food trucks will be located just outside the greenhouse through the garage doors)

 

Food Truck Specs:

-Between 2-3 food trucks will be selected to participate

-Food truck vendors must agree to pay a $10 application fee and submit this application by September 8th in order to be considered. 

-Food truck vendors that are selected to participate must pay an additional $250 fee to be present at the event + submit 10% of sales with a sales report after the conclusion of the event

-Food truck vendors must be licensed by the City of Minneapolis OR complete a short-term application and submit an additional $90 fee

 

Event Specifics:

This is sure to be a very unique event as we walk the line of a Halloween Christmas. Think Nightmare Before Christmas, but a little less spooky and more fun. We encourage vendors to think about how they can help add to that theme through their menu, their decorations, their interactions, etc. Please be creative to help this fun narrative come to life!
